This 15-mile float trip and whitewater rafting combo is offered 7 days a week during peak season.
Approximately 6 hours round trip from Jackson. Our 7 mile float will take you North of Jackson to the Snake River. Enjoy Teton Views along the way and wonderful Bald Eagle viewing. Our Private take out is perched along the Snake River. We will be the only ones! Lunch at our private camp includes roasted turkey & cheddar on brioche, Thai broccoli salad with peanut sauce, seasonal fruit salad, chips and homemade-baked cookies. Water and lemonade. Picnic tables and a restroom provided. Before we bring you back to our boathouse to gear up for our 2:00 whitewater trip take some photos with the Tetons in the background! Enjoy the best of both worlds, a beautiful Grand Teton views scenic float trip and experience rafting Big Kahuna and Lunch Counter down in the whitewater canyon of the Snake River. Kids ages for the whitewater is 6 years old and the scenic is 4 years old.

Wildlife Combo with a Scenic Rafting trip
Spend your morning exploring Grand Teton National Park, which offers some of the best wildlife viewing in the United States.
Your guide will bring you to the best spots for viewing wildlife and teach you about the history of the park, as well as how these spectacular mountains formed. Breathtaking scenery and once-in-a-lifetime wildlife viewing are sure to make a lasting memory for you and your family! The cooler temperature of morning provides optimal conditions for viewing wildlife. Species we will look for includes bison, pronghorn, elk, moose, osprey, bald eagle, bear, wolves and much more! Once you finish a half day in the park enjoy a scenic float trip with Lunch. 7 miles on the Snake River to our private camp! Enjoy Grand Teton Veiws while floating a great section of the Snake River to our private camp on the Snake River Ranch. Lunch at our camp includes roasted turkey & cheddar on locally-baked mini baguettes, Thai broccoli salad with peanut sauce, seasonal fruit salad, chips and homemade-baked cookies.

If you are planning this package in one day choose our popular morning breakfast whitewater or scenic trip which gets you back around noon or so. Then head up to Snow King Mountain grab lunch at King’s Grill and continue your day with the Big King Pass. This the best way to experience everything the King has to offer! New for Summer 2017, guests will enjoy a one-day pass that includes one tour on the Treetop Adventure, and unlimited rides on all open activities including the Cowboy Coaster, Mini-Golf, Alpine Slide, Bungee Trampoline and Scenic Chairlift! Float & Fly: Jackson Hole Scenic Float & Fly Fishing School
Jackson Hole Fly Fishing School (JHFFS) and Barker-Ewing River Trips are proud to offer Jackson Hole’s first combination scenic float and fly fishing experience. Bringing two of the valley’s most popular summer activities under one unforgettable package.
Part 1– Begin your day on the river on Barker-Ewing’s Teton Views Lunch Float Trip, featuring 7 miles of scenic floating with breathtaking views of the Tetons accompanied with our homemade lunch. Lunch is served at our private riverside campsite and includes roasted turkey & cheddar on locally-baked mini baguettes, Thai broccoli salad with peanut sauce, seasonal fruit salad, chips, home-baked cookies, and lemonade and water.
Part 2– Spend the rest of your afternoon learning the art and science of fly fishing from professionals at Jackson Hole Fly Fishing School. Outfitted in gear from Orvis and Hatch, you will learn the three most important components of fly fishing: what to cast, how to cast, and where to cast.
Bookings available by phone. This “Float and Fly” trip requires a minimum of two participants and is based on availability. Trips are offered on weekends only from May 27 through September 10, 2017.
