Advance reservations are the best way to ensure you get the trip you’d like and the time that best fits your schedule.  Reservations for all trips require full prepayment at the time of the booking.  Your prepayment is fully refundable if we cancel your trip due to extreme weather, or if we receive your notice of change or cancellation at least 24 hours (48 hours for breakfast combination and overnight trips) prior to the scheduled trip departure time.  We offer group rates for a minimum of 14 participants.  Please inquire for more details.

Your safety is our highest priority.  No outdoor activity is without some inherent risk, and you as a participant must acknowledge and accept that risk.  All adult participants, and parents or guardians of minor participants under the age of 18, must sign an Acknowledgement of Risk form approved by the Forest Service and required by our insurance carrier.

Risk forms are available to download in advance if your prefer (.pdf format). This is helpful if you have a large party booking.  If you download any of the approved risk forms, please print both sides before returning to Barker-Ewing River Trips with all appropriate data and signatures. You are also welcome to sign the risk form when you arrive at the meeting place.
