Your safety is our highest priority. No outdoor activity is without some inherent risk, and you as a participant must acknowledge and accept that risk. All adult participants, and parents or guardians of minor participants under the age of 18, must sign an Acknowledgment of Risk form approved by the Forest Service and required by our insurance carrier.
Risk forms are available to download in advance if your prefer (PDF). This is helpful if you have a large party booking. If you download any of the approved risk forms, please print both sides before returning to Barker-Ewing River Trips with all appropriate data and signatures. You are also welcome to sign the risk form when you arrive at the meeting place.
